- 3 Ripe Banana diced ( NendraPazham)
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- ½ Cup Cashew and Raisins
- 1 cup Oil for frying
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Heat Oil in a pan. Fry the banana pieces till golden brown. Fry the cashews and raisins also.
Now layer sugar in a dish and put the fried bananas. Then again layer sugar. Sugar should be layered over the banana when they are hot which will melt the sugar. Garnish with cashews and raisins fried.
Add ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well and serve. Also garnish with grated coconut (optional).
Tasty Dilkush Banana is ready to serve.
