Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 3 cups Sugar

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients on the flame till the sugar melts. The mix will be loose dough. Keep stirring till the mix turns into a thick consistency (it takes about 20 – 25 mins). The mix leaves the sides of the pan. Pour it into a plate and cut them into desired shapes when warm. Store them when cool. Can be stored for 1 week
