    Skincare is really important even when we are on quarantine. So here we have some skincare hacks to stay glowing during the quarantine season.

    1. Keep Yourself Hydrated
      It’s really important that you keep yourself hydrated. Since it is summer season, dehydration is very common. If you want glossy and youthful skin, then you have to stay hydrated.
    2. Workout
      Not only does a workout burn calories, but it also helps you to maintain a glowing skin. When you sweat, the pores of the skin open and working out also improves blood circulation which results in healthy skin.
    3. Cleanse
      Cleansing your face is another way to take care of your skin. Cleansing removes impurities, dead cells and excess oil from your skin and refreshes it.
    4. Stay away from hot showers
      While hot showers are relaxing and rejuvenating, it is not exactly good for the skin. Hot water can dry the skin by removing the natural oils present in the skin. Hot water can also cause flare ups for people with rosacea prone skin or sensitive skin.
    5. Home Remedies
      We might have heard the saying, ”put on your skin only what you can put in your mouth. ”Keeping this in mind , eat a balanced diet with lots of vegetables ,fruits and dry fruits.
