Rava Coconut Khaddi

INGREDIENTS
Rava 1cup
Coconut 1cup
Ghee 1cup
Sugar 2cups
Milk 1cup
Method
* Heat ghee & lightly fry Rava & coconut
* Add all the other ingredients and fry till it leaves the side of the pan, stir constantly
* pour into a greased dish & cut into the desired shape and serve when cool
Cashew Sweet
INGREDIENTS
Cashews 1cup
Sugar. 1/2 cup
Cardamom pd 1tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Method
* Mix water and sugar in a pan, boil to one thread consistency, switch off the flame
*Add Cashews mix well till it coats, add cardamom PD, mix well serve when it cools
Tender Coconut & Cashew Shake
INGREDIENTS
Tender coconut with pulp 1
Cashews 3tbsb
Sugar 2-3tbsp
Cardamom pd 1 tsp
Method
Blend tender coconut water, pulp sugar & cashew to a smooth paste, add cardamom pd & mix well. Chill &serve
Dry Fruit Laddoo
INGREDIENTS
Dates deseeded & chopped. 1cup
Cashew crushed 2 tbsp
Fig crushed. 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts crushed 1/2 Cup
Ghee. 1tbsp
Milk maid. 3. tbsp
Method
Mix all the ingredients together leave aside for 10 mts
Make balls of required size
Tasty dry fruit laddoos are ready to serve
