Aarogya Setu App is a Government of India initiative to track Covid -19. The app has become the most popular download in the Google play store. The mobile app is developed by Indian government for both Android and iOS users. It is a one-stop solution to connect essential health services with the people and provide necessary information related to the virus.
The app functions on location, Bluetooth, artificial intelligence and algorithms to calculate a user’s risk of getting coronavirus.
When you download the Aarogya Setu app on your smartphone, it identifies nearby devices that also have Aarogya Setu installed, and calculates your risk of catching coronavirus infection. You are then shown if you are ‘low’ or ‘high’ at the risk of getting coronavirus.

The COVID-19 tracker app has already been downloaded more than 10 million (1 crore) times on the Google Play Store and the number seems to be only increasing.
