Protein popsicles are the ideal post workout snack. This healthy recipe can also be a substitute for ice cream.
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 peeled banana
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
3 cups of milk
Popsicle moulds
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till it reaches the consistency of a smoothie. Pour the smoothie into the popsicle moulds and freeze.
