Ingredients
2 tbsp-Cocoa Powder (For Chocolate Sauce)
3 tbsp-Cocoa Powder (For Filling)
2 cups-Grated Coconut (For Filling)
3 tbsp-Chopped Nuts (For Filling)
1 tbsp-Cardamom Powder (For Filling)
5 tbsp-Ghee (For Guijya)
1 1/2 Cup-Maida (For Guijya)
for Frying-Oil (For Guijya)
200 gm-MILKMAID (For Filling)
50 gm-Butter (For Chocolate Sauce)
200 gm-MILKMAID (For Chocolate Sauce)
How to make

Method

  1. Cook filling ingredients till thick, Add ghee and water to maida, knead to make dough.
  2. Take portions of dough, place filling inside, shape into Guijya and fry.
  3. Heat chocolate sauce ingredients together till it leaves the sides of the pan. Glaze Gujiyas with sauce and serve.
