Mando (Sweet Samosa) Diwali Sweet recipe

Step :1

  • Poped Rice (Malar) Fried and powdered   2 cups
  • Sugar powdered 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients to a lightly wet consistency

Step : 2

  • Maida – 2cups
  • Ghee  3 tbsp
  • Water  to make the dough

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients to a soft dough. Roll out small puries and lightly fry them into soft puri in warm ghee.

Step – 3

  • Fill the sweet mixture into the puri and fold it into the shape of samosa and roast on a tawa till slightly brown.
  • Cool and store them for 1 week
  • Tasty sweet samosa (Mando) ready to eat
