- Poped Rice (Malar) Fried and powdered 2 cups
- Sugar powdered 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Mix all the above ingredients to a lightly wet consistency

- Maida – 2cups
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Water to make the dough
Mix all the above ingredients to a soft dough. Roll out small puries and lightly fry them into soft puri in warm ghee.

- Fill the sweet mixture into the puri and fold it into the shape of samosa and roast on a tawa till slightly brown.
- Cool and store them for 1 week
- Tasty sweet samosa (Mando) ready to eat
