1 cup Poha (Beaten Rice)
½ Cup Sev
½ Cup Papad fried( Cut into small pieces and fried)
½ Cup Groundnut roasted
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 tspJeera(Cumin seeds)
½ Cup Curry Leaves
5 Green Chillies Chopped
Salt to taste
Dry roast poha(beaten rice) till crisp. When cool mix in all the other ingredients ( 2 to 4) . Mix well.
Heat Oil. Add mustard seeds, let it splutter, then add Jeera, Green Chillies and Curry Leaves. Let it roast well. Add turmeric pd and salt and mix well.
Add this to poha mix and mix well.
A very healthy and tasty Poha Namkeen is ready. It can be stored in containers for more than a week.
