Prateik Babbar finally ties knot with his long time girl friend Sanya Sagar in a private affair at Lucknow. They both were dating for quite a long time and finally decided to tie the knot. They had a Marathi wedding and the actor was dressed in an off-white sherwani with a gold bundi, the bride was dressed in a yellow saree and had red silk dupatta over it. The couple had got engaged on January 22, 2018, and soon after their engagement, Prateik was quoted telling Mumbai Mirror that he had been mentally ready for marriage for quite some time as he believed that it gives substance to a relationship. Sanya Sagar is Bahujan Samaj Party leader Pawan Sagar’s daughter while Prateik’s father Raj Babbar also shares a political background and is a Congress MP. Sanya is a NIFT graduate in fashion communication and went to London Film Academy for a diploma in practical filmmaking.
