Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken – 250 gms
Onion sliced – 100 gms
Garlic crushed 50 gms
Green Chilly – 2
Curry leaves – few
Turmeric pd – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil – 3 tbsp
Pepper pd – 1/4 cup

Method:
Clean and marinate chicken with 3 tbsp pepper pd ,turmeric pd and salt. Keep aside for 2 hrs.
Heat Coconut Oil . Fry sliced onions till light brown then add chicken pcs and crushed garlic .
Add pepper , cover and cook chicken, curry leaves green chilly and mix well. Serve hot . If you
gravy add cashew paste and brint to boil. Serve hot.
